Ansyme Workshop: May 22-23, 2027

You are warmly invited to the Ansyme Workshop, a two-day event with a mix of basic research neuroscientists and clinical/translational scientists, working on a range of topics related to the autonomic nervous system, such as allergies, cardiovascular control, diabetes, digestion, dysphagia, Long Covid, ME/CFS, migraine, neurodegenerative disease, neuroimmune interactions, pain, sepsis, and sickness behavior. The goal of this event is to build a forward-looking community, spark collaboration, and provide space for a free exchange of ideas.

We are honored and invigorated by the expressions of interest by leading clinicians and scientists. While there have been many recent advances in frontier autonomic neuroscience with medical potential, we’ve found no forum that combines the different sub-fields and that convenes clinicians, scientists, and patients. This workshop endeavors to fill that gap.

Agenda: The workshop will run from 9AM - 5PM on Saturday, May 22, and 9AM-3PM on Sunday, May 23, with optional social activities after hours.

Location: University Guest House & Conference Center, near the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, about 10 miles from SLC airport. We will be in the Granite Ballroom, which includes access to the outdoors.

Cost: There is no registration fee. Ansyme will cover the cost of the venue and lunch for both days.
